Payment will be taken following your appointment and an invoice will be emailed to you for submission to your benefits provider if applicable.

*Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled appointment time will be billed for the full price of the treatment with some exceptions or if I am able to fill your time slot. If you are cancelling within 24 hours please inform me by email at tiffany@tiffanyamundsonrmt.com
